Dorsu Employment & Safety Policies

  • All staff are provided with protective shoes and clothing. 
  • Each team member receives a bicycle and/or a motorcycle helmet upon employment.
  • Strict fire, equipment and safety policies are upheld in an open plan studio.
  • Mandatory on-the-job safety training and regular equipment maintenance.
  • All management staff are trained and equipped to deal with safety hazards and incidents, staff grievances, gross or serious misconduct.
